About this space

The view from the upper living area at this Fairplay ranch estate is one guests keep coming back to describe: vast, private, and worth the mountain drive to get here. A private Colorado ranch estate on forested acreage — 35 minutes from Breckenridge, sleeping up to 10 across five bedrooms. Guests call it “just far enough outside of town to feel the seclusion, close enough to drive for groceries and activities.” A full game room, fully equipped kitchen with coffee bar and stainless-steel appliances, indoor fireplace, private outdoor hot tub, and sweeping deck for stargazing under clear mountain skies. The primary suite features a king-sized Sleep Number mattress and a private jacuzzi jet tub. A second first-level master bedroom has a queen bed and in-room sink. Two additional queen bedrooms and a bunk room with XL twins round out the sleeping for larger groups. The game room has a poker table, shuffleboard, and dedicated workspace. Evenings wind down around the outdoor gas fire pit or at the gas BBQ grill. Surrounding wildlife — elk and deer are frequent visitors on the property. The Tomahawk State Wildlife Area is walkable. Fishing reservoirs — Antero, Spinney, 11 Mile — are within 30 minutes. Breckenridge skiing, hiking, and mountain biking are 35 minutes away. Dogs are welcome. Managed by Gilson Property Group.

Guests have full, private access to the entire ranch estate — all sleeping areas, living areas, game room, gourmet kitchen, outdoor decks, private hot tub, fire pit, and fenced dog area. Smart lock entry — no keys or traditional check-in required.
