The Building
Book direct with Gilson and get the same full-building access every resident has — the aquatics center, the Mine Shaft bowling alley, the great-room fireplace, the slopeside hot tubs. Nothing gated, no resort fee.

Two Brunswick lanes buried under the lobby and dressed as a Breckenridge hard-rock mine — timber shoring, lantern pendants, faux-rock walls, and a leather lounge at the approach. Reservable by the hour with house shoes and balls on the shelf.
